Pie Bill Passes in Pennsylvania

WHTM reports that lawmakers in Pennsylvania are sticking up for the little pie-baker, and non-profits. They are calling it the “pie bill”. Apparently it had been illegal to sell baked goods that weren’t prepared in a licensed kitchen.
