- Pies Sold in New York Recalled – You don’t want this pie in your face – FUMA Custard Pies were recalled for fear they may contain “undeclared eggs”
- American Pie actor Chris Klein was arrested for DUI charges. As if driving drunk isn’t bad enough, the animal rights community is also mad at Klein because his pet dog was in the car. Me, I’m more concerned about the people that he put at risk – but yeah, it’s not cool to hurt pets, either. If Klein hurt my dog, I’d be pissed.
- Online pie company opens in Seattle. A la Mode Pies recently opened in Seattle. Oddly enough, the company is run by a guy that used to be in public relations. Beth over at The World Needs More Pie is a former PR gal, and I am a current PR dude. Apparently PR people like pie.
